The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Stratton and Commissioners Washburn
and Clark present on roll call. _.
Moved by Stratton, seconded by Washburn that the minutes of'the regular meeting of Mon-
day, March 5th, 1934 and adjourned meeting ther.eof:be approved as read: carried., Stratto
Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Stratton, seconded by Washburn that the application of Johnson-Bros., for a
license.to Aermit public dancing in the Yakima Hotel Building is hereby granted; the
application of H. E. Gilroy for a permit to operate a,cabaret in the Yakima Hotel Build -
ing_.is hereby granted: carried,.Stratton, Washburn and .Clark voting aye on'r.oll call.
Moved by.Washburn, seconded by Stratton that the following claims be allowed and the
City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: claims in the total-amount of
$15,741.46, numbered from 30049 to 30142 inc., and segregated-as follows: Current Ex-
pense, $4,044.96; Fifth Avenue Improvement $2,813-41 Irrigation $4, 644.27; .L. I.D. Guar -
anty $1,200.00; Cemetery Trust $2,643.49; Cemetery $x+7.65; L. I.D. Revolving y$6.90; Road
& Bridge $6.15; Munici al Garage $271.53 and Lighting $63.20: Park Dept. claims numbered
from '603 to 605 inc., x15.79 and Water Deposit Fund, claims 15 and 16 $219.00: carried,
Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Stratton, seconded by Clark that there being.no further business to come before
the Commission we do now adjourn: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on
roll call.
