Moved by Stratton, seconded by Clark that theminutes of the regular meeting of Monday, February 26th, 1934 and adjourned meeting thereof be approved as read: carried, Stratton Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Clark that the following payrolls be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: Street Dept. $966.47; 5th Avenue Improvement Fund, Labor $329.54; Cemetery $72.00; Cemetery Care $78.00; Water Bill Gang $279-25: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Stratton, seconded by Washburn that there being no further business to come before the Commission we do now adjourn to meet Friday, March 9th, 1934 at 10 o'clock A. Ma carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. AnJOURNED MEETING, FRIDAY, MARCH 9th, 1934, 10 A. M. The City Commission met pursuant to.adjournment, Mayor Stratton and Commissioners Wash- burn and Clark present on roll call. ORDINANCE TO. B -65, entitled, "AN ORDINANCE providing for the raising of revenues; licensing public dance halls and cabarets; requiring a pe=rmit for public dances and caba- rets; regulating public dance halls and cabarets; providing for revocation of licenses and permits issued; providing a penalty for the violation thereof; repealing Ordinance Ae-827 and Ordinance A -243 and all other Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict therewith and declaring an emergency," was introduced by Stratton and read by the City Clerk. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Clark that Ordinance No.. B-65 be passed to its second reading and read by title only: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Mashburn, seconded by Clark that Ordinance No. B -65 be passed to its third read - ing__and read in full: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Washburn, seconded by Clark that Ordinance No. B -65 be passed as finally read: darr.ied, Stratton, Washburn and Clark. voting aye on roll call.
