The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Stratton and Commissioners Washburn
and Clark present on roll call.
Moved by Stratton seconded by Clark that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
February 5th, 1934 be approved as read: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting
aye on roll call.
RESOLUTION NO. C -77 A RESOLUTION authorizing the sale of S 150.5" of N 189.75' of E 140'
of W 500' of the'SW4 SE-41 Section 13 T 13 N R 18 EWM to A1Bert E. Tessier and Mary Tessier
husband and wife.
WHEREAS, the City of Yakima is the owner of the following described
real estate situated in Yakima County, State of Washington, to merit:

by reason of a deed therefor issued by the Treasurer of the City of Yakima to said city,
on sale of said property for delinquent assessments, and
WHEREAS, it appears to be for the best interest of said City of
Yakima to sell the premises to Albert E. Tessier and Mary Tessier, husband and wife,.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF .YAKIMA, WASHINGTON:
That said above described premises be and they are hereby authorized
to be isold to Albert Tessier and Mary Tessier, 'husband and wife, for the total sum of
Xinet'ym one ,..sand . 60/100 ($91.60) Dollars, and the Mayor, W. W. Stratton, and the City Clerk
Pearl Benjamin, are hereby authorized to execute and attest a deed to said premises, for
and on behalf of said city.
