Moved by Stratton, seconded by Clark that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday, July 31st, 1933 and adjourned meeting thereof, be approved as read: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll.call. Moved b Washburn, seconded byrStratton that the claim of B. Magra for a refund in the sum of 135.00 on account of the revocation of beer and restaurant licenses at No. 111 East Chestnut Street. heretofore cancelled by.the City Commission.on the 2nd day of Aug - ust,_1933 is hereby rejected.,, carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
