The City Commission met in regular session, mayor Stratton and Commissioners Washburn
and_ Clark present on-roll call.
Moved by Stratton, seconded by Clark that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
July 31st, 1933 and adjourned meeting thereof, be approved as read: carried, Stratton,
Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll.call.
Moved b Washburn, seconded byrStratton that the claim of B. Magra for a refund in the
sum of 135.00 on account of the revocation of beer and restaurant licenses at No. 111
East Chestnut Street. heretofore cancelled by.the City Commission.on the 2nd day of Aug -
ust,_1933 is hereby rejected.,, carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll
call.
Moved by Washburn, seconded by Stratton that the following payrolls be allowed and the
City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: Street De t. $1,025.41; Permanent
Highway $96.00; Parks $541.66; Cemetery $72.00; Cemetery Care P35-0009 carried, Strat-
ton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll calla
Moved by Washburn, seconded by Stratton that the following claims be allowed and the
City Clerk authorized to issue warrants on -the following funds,tom wit: :Current Expense
82,880.98; Water $9,0 9.89; Park $195.81; Cemetery $17.90; Irrigation $105.30; Lighting
63.20; Indebtedness 182.70; Road & Bridge'$4.18; P. R. & P. $55.70; F. R. & P. $15.75;
L.I.D. Revolving $2.88: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Stratton, seconded by Washburn that we do now adjourn: carried, Stratton, Wash-
burn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
