Moved by Washburn, seconded by Stratton that the following payrolls be allowed, and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: Street Dept. $994050; Permanent Highways $96000; Cemetery $66.00; Cemetery Care $401.50; Park Dept. $567.13: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call.
