Moved by Stratton, seconded by Washburn that the minutes of the regular meeting of Mon- day, June 19, 1933 and adjourned meeting thereof be approved as read: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Stratton, seconded by Clark that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to give notice of a special election to be held on the 21st day of July, 1933, pursuant to Or- dinance No. B -54 for the purpose of granting a franchise to the Pacific Power and Light Company, its successors and assigns, by posting the same in the several precincts as re- quired by law: _carried,.Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Stratton,.seconded by Washburn that the following payrolls be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants therefor as follows: Street Dept. $961.66; Permanent Highway $96.00; Park Dept. $547.40; Cemetery $72.00; Cemetery Care $436.50: carried, Stratton, Washburn and Clark voting aye on .roll call. Moved by Stratton, seconded by Clark that we do now adjourn to meet Saturday, July 1st, 1933 at 9 o'clock A. M.: carried, Stratton, Mashburn and Clark voting aye on roll call. _.
