The minutes of the regular meeting of Monday, February 9, 1948 be approved as read: Moved by Clark, seconded by Bishop that this being the time for receiving bids on the city printing for the ensuing year, and the bid of the Republic Publishing Co., in the sum of 70 cents per column inch, 'being the only bid received; It is ordered that the Mayor and 'City 'Clerk are hereby authorized to execute an agreement with said Republic Publishing Co. on behalf of the City .of Yakima for the doing of said work: carried Buck, Bishop and 'Clark voting aye -on roll call. Moved by Clark, seconded by Buck that the City Planning Commission having recommended that the tract of land owned by the Memorial Hospital bounded on the north by W. Walnut Street,on the east by 28th Avenue South, on the south by Tieton Drive and on the West by 30th Avenue South, be changed from "A" Residence to "C" residence district,; Also the area bounded on the north by VV. Walnut Street, on the east by 30th Avenue South, on the South by Tieton Drive and on the west by a line parallel with.and 1401 west of the West lines of 30th Avenue South be changed from "A" residence to ".B" residence district; That these areas both remain in Area District No. 1. The City Clerk is also instructed to give notice to property owners residing in said area that a meeting will be held at the 'City Hall on Tuesday the 2nd day of March at the hour of 2 01 clock P. M. for the purpose of objecting to said changes if they so desire: carried Buck, Bishop and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Bishop, seconded by Buck that the City Clerk is hereby instructed to call for bids for incandescent lamps for 1948; said bids to be received on Monday, i�. .4arch 1st, 1948 at 10 O'clock A.M; carried Buck, Bishop and Clark voting aye on roll call. ORDINANCE NO. B -854, fixing the time of delinquency of installments of assessments levied for the payment of the cost of the improvement in Local Improvement District No. 597, and providing for the method of payment of the unpaid portion thereof. Moved by Bishop, seconded by Clark that Ordinance No. B -854 be passed as read: carried Buck, Bishop and Clark voting aye on roll call. ORDINANCE NO. B -855, fixing the time of delinquency of installments of assessments levied for the payment of the cost of the improvement in Local Improvement District No. 635, and providing for the method of payment of the unpaid portion thereof. Moved by Bishop, seconded by Clark that Ordinance No. B -855 be passed as read: carried Buck, Bishop and Clark voting aye on roll call. ` Moved by Buck, seconded by Bishop that we do now adjourn: Clark voting aye on roll call.
