The minutes of the regular meeting of Monday, December 29, 1947, were approved as read: carried Buck, Bishop and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Bishop, seconded by Buck that the City Engineer'.is hereby authorized to pre- pare an assessment roll in L.I.D. No. 638, and the City 'Clerk instructed to give notice of hearing on said roll for Monday, February 2, 1948 at 10 o'clock A.M: carried Buck, Bishop and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Bishop, seconded by Buck that the report of the Investment Committee for the month of December, 1947, be approved as read: carried Buck, Bishop and Clark voting aye on roll call.
