The minutes of the regular meeting of Monday, December 15, 1947, and adjourned meeting thereof, were approved as read. Moved by Buck, seconded by Bishop that Thomas L. Grady, Jr., be appointed to the position of Judge of the Police Court Pro Tem during the absence of Judge Lynch, Police Judge: carried Buck, Bishop and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Buck, seconded by Clark that this being the hearing on the approval of the Anderson Plat; after due consideration, said plat be,' and the same is hereby approved: carried Buck, Bishop and Clark'voting aye on roll call. Moved by Bishop, seconded by Buck that the following report of the City Treasurer be accepted and placed on file with the :City (Clerk: City Commission, Yakima, Washington. ORDINANCE NO. B -842, providing for the vacation of a street being that portion of East "B" Street lying East of North 10th Street as platted as an 80 foot street. Moved by Buck, seconded by Clark, that this being the time for the hearing on the assessment roll in L.I.D. No. 635, and there being no objections in writing or other- wise tosaid assessment roll or any part thereof; It is ordered that the ordinance confirming said assessment roll be passed as read: carried Buck, Bishop and Clark voting aye on;-roll Scall. ORDINANCE NO. B -843, confirming the assessment roll covering Local Improvement Dis- trict No. 635, as created and established by Ordinance No. B -812, of the ordinances of the City of Yakima, Washington. Moved by Bishop, seconded by Clark that this being the time for the hearing on the assessment roll in L.I.D. No. 597, and there being no objections in writing or other- wise to said assessment roll, or any part thereof; It is ordered that the ordinance confirming said assessment roll be passed as read: carried Buck, Bishop and Clark voting aye on roll call. ORDINANCE N0. B -844, confirming the assessment roll covering Local Improvement: Dis- trict No. 597, as created and established by Ordinance No. B -687, of the ordinances of the City of Yakima, Washington.
