C -761 STREET LYING EAST OF NORTH 10TH ) STREET AS PLATTED AS AN 80 FOOT- ) STREET ) A RESOLUTION fixing; the time for hearing on Petition for Vacation of Street. 3 WHEREAS, a Petition has been filed with the City Commission of the City of Yakima, a municipal corporation, praying for the vacation of a street described as follows, to -wit:, That portion of East "B" Street lying East of North 10th Street as platted as an 80 foot street* now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY (COMMISSION OF THE +CITY OF YAKIMA: That said Petition shall be brought on for hearing and determination on Monday the 8th day of December, 1947, at the hour of 10 :00 o'clock in the forenoon on said day at the office of the City Commission of the City of Yakima, at the City Hall in Yakima, Yakima County, Washington, or as soon thereafter as the same may be heard, and that notice of such hearing be given as provided by law! Moved by Clark, seconded by Bishop that this being the time for the hearing on the assessment roll in L.I.D. 617, and there being no objections in writing or otherwise to said assessment roll or any part thereof; It is ordered that the ordinance confirming said assessment roil and every part thereof be passed as read: carried Buck, Bishop and Clark voting aye on roll call. ORDINANCE NO. B -828, confirming the assessment roll covering Local Improvement District No. 617 as created and established by Ordinance No. B -768 of the-Ordinances of the City of Yakima. Moved by Clark, seconded by Bishop that Ordinance No, B-828 be passed as read: carried Buck, Bishop and -Clark voting aye on roll call. B -831, providing for the improvement of certain property in the City of Yakima by'the installation of a Sewage Lift Pump and by the construction of a pipe sewer; establishing a Local Improvement District, providing for the method of payment therefor and creating a special fund. B -832, amending subsection (b) of Section 2, and amending subsection (b) of Section 10, and amending subsection (b) of Section 15 of Ordinance No. B -293, en- titled: "AN ORDINANSCE regulating and restricting the location of trades and industries; regulating and limiting the use of buildings and premises; and the height and size of buildings; providing for yards, courts and other open spaces; establishing districts for said purposes, and providing for a board of adjustment, and repealing Ordinance Nos.
