The ;City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Buck and Commissioners Bishop and
Clark present on roll call.
Moved by Clark, seconded by Bishop that the City Engineer having reported the com-
pletion of the construction of the sidewalk improvement on Summitview Avenue in. L.I.D.
No. 619 by the contractor, said work is hereby accepted, and the City Engineer author -
ized to prepare an assessment roll for said district: carried Buck, Bishop and Clark
voting aye on roll call.
ORDINANCE NO. B -807, amendingaOrdinance No. B -376 entitled "AN ORDINANCE regulating
arcades, penny arcades, fun houses, and similar places of amusement; prohibiting the
presence of certain persons therein; requiring a license for the operation thereof;
and declaring an emergency.
Moved by Bishop, seconded by Buck that Ordinance No. B -807 be passed as read: carried
Buck, Bishop and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Buck, seconded by Bishop that we do now adjourn: carried Buck, Bishop and
Clark voting aye on roll call.
