Movedby.- Clark, seconded by Bishop that this being the time for the hearing on Resolution No. C -740, providing for a Sewer System on North First Street and other streets in the vicinity thereof, and there being no objections to said improvement, or any part there- of; It is ordered that the ordinance creating a local improvement district be passed as read: carried Buck, Bishop and Clark voting aye on roll call. ORDINANCE .NO. B -800, providing for the improvement of property in the City of Yakima, Washington, by the construction of a sewer; establishing a Local Improvement District, providing for the method of payment therefor and creating a special fund.. Moved by ,Clark, seconded by Bishop that Ordinance No. B -800 be passed as read: carried Buck, Bishop and 'Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Clark, seconded by Buck that this being the time for the hearing on Resolution No. C -741, providing for the resurfacing East "A" Street from the east line of North Second Street to the west line of North Naches.A venue, with a one inch course of bitum- inous concrete, and there being no objections to said improvement, or any part thereof; It is ordered that the ordinance creating a local improvement,district be passed as read: carried Buck, Bishop and Clark voting aye on roll call. ORDINANCE NO. B -801, providing for the improvement of East "A" Street from the east line of North Second Street to the west line of North Naches Avenue by resurfacing the same with a one inch course of bituminous concrete; establishing a Local. Improvement District, providing for the method of payment therefor, and creating a special fund. .Moved by Clark, seconded by Buck that Ordinance No. B -801 be passed as read: carried Buck, Bishop and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by (Clark, secdhded by Bishop that this being the time for receiving bids on a Patrol Sweeper for the Street---Department, and the bid of the Columbia Eouipment Co. in the sum of $5398.23, including 3 per cent State tax, being the only bid received; -It is ordered that said bid be accepted: carried Buck, Bishop and Clark voting aye on roll call.
