The City Cormnission net in regular session, Mayor Buck and Commissioners Bishop and
Clark present on roll call.
Moved by Buck, seconded by Bishop that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
June 16, 1947, be approved as read: carried Buck, Bishop and Clark voting aye on roll
call.
Moved by Bishop, seconded by Buck that the claims be allowed on the following funds and
the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: Current Expense $870.37;
Cemetery $53.24;-Irrigation $46.40; Street.Dept. $263.67; Cum.-Res. Mun. Purp. $967.86;
Track Removal & iepair 11,070.40 carried Buck, Bishop and Clark voting aye on roll
call.
Moved by Clark, seconded by Bishop that the County Auditor having filed his certificate
relative to an election of property owners extending from 28th Avenue to 35th Avenue,
on the north side of Summitview; It is ordered that the City Attorney prepare an ord-
inance annexing said property to the City of Yakima: carried Buck, Bishop and Clark
voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Clark, seconded by Bishop that this being the time for the hearing on the asse-
ssment roll in L.I.D. No. 609 providing for the construction of a sewer in Brackett
Park Addition and there being no objection in writing or otherwise to said assessment
roll or any part thereof; It is ordered that the ordinance confirming said assessment
roll and every part thereof be passed as read: carried Buck, Bishop and Clark voting
aye on roll call.
ORDINAN,'CE NO. B -791, confirming the assessment roll covering Local Improvement District
No. 609 as created and established by Ordinance No. B -730 of the Ordinances of the City
of Yakima.
Moved,by Clark, seconded by Buck that Ordinance No. B -791 be passed as read: carried
Buck, Bishop and Clark voting aye on roll call.
ORDINANCE NO. B -792, relating to health and sanitation, regulating the construction,
operation and maintenance of tourist camps; providing for the issuance of permits for
tourist camps; providing for the violation hereof, and declaring an emergency.
Moved by Buck, seconded by Bishop that Ordinance No. B -792 be passed as read: carried
Buck, Bishop and Clark voting aye on roll call.
ORDINAN•`CE NO. B -793, amending Ordinance No. B -206 entitled "AN._,ORDINANCE relating to
health and sanitation; regulating the parking of automobile trailer house cars used for
residential purposes; providing for the licensing of approved trailer house car parking
places, and setting up requirements for such parking places; prohibiting the parking of
automobile trailer house cars elsewhere than at approved parking places; providing pen -
alties for violation hereof, and declaring an emergency ", by amending Sections 3, 4, and
5 thereof.
Moved by Buck, seconded by Bishop that Ordinance No. 8 -793 be passed as read: carried
Buck, Bishop and Clark voting aye on roll call.
