The City Commission net in regular session, Mayor Buck and Commissioners Bishop and
Clark present on roll call.
Moved by Buck, seconded by Bishop that the minutes or' the regular meeting of Monday,
January 6th, 1947, and adjourned meeting thereof be approved as .,,.read: carried, Buck
Bishop and Clark voting; aye on roll call.
Moved by Bishop, seconded by Buck that the following payrolls be allowed and the City
Clerk instructed to .issue warrants in payment thereof: Sanitation Department 81, 786.60;
Cemetery �ti416.30; Engineering Department X1150.00; Street Department 2,337025; Water
Department ��958.80; Parking Meter Department .?;261.15: carried, Buck, Bishop and Clark
voting are on roll call.
ORDINANCE NO. B -755, AN ORDIiTANCE amending Ordinance No. B -743 entitled, "AN ORDINANCE
regulating and controlling barber schools and colleges, providing revenue and regulation
through license fees, limiting the number of' barber chairs in barber schools or colleges,
providing for the inspection and control thereof, fixing penalties for the violation
hereof and declaring an emergency."
Moved by Bishop, seconded by Clark that Ordinance No. 13 -755 be passed as read: carried,
Buck, Bishop and Clark voting aye on roll call;
Moved by Buck, seconded by Bishop that we do now adjourn: carried, Buck, Bishop and
Clark voting; a ye on roll call.
