Moved by Sanford, seconded by TvTogren that claims on the following funds be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: Current Expense 6,435.24; Street , 2, 570.20; Irrigation p153.38; Cemetery 1 65.13; carried, Mogren, Sanford and Clark voting aye on roll call. Ordinance No. B -748, AN ORDINANCE regulating and controlling barber schools and colleges providing revenue and regulation through license fees, limiting the number of barber chairs in barber schools or colleges, providing for the inspection and control thereof, fixing penalties for the violation hereof and declaring an emergency. . B -749, AN ORDINANCE amending Section 2 of Ordinance No. A -346 entitled; 'tAl\l ORDIidA.NCE regulating and controlling barber shops, fixing an annual license fee therefor, providing an annual license fee therefor and fixing a penalty for the violatio of this ordinance and decla -ring an emergency." and declaring an emergency. Moved by Ivlogren, Seconded by Sanford that Ordinance No. B -749 be passed as read: carried, Tilogren, Sanford and Clark voting aye on roll call. ORDINANCE NO. B -750, AN ORDINANCE Amending Article 1 of Section 64 of Ordinance Ho, t -99 entitled: "An ORDINANCE relating to and regulating plumb _ng, drainage and gas fitting in the City of Yakima, providing for the enforcement thereof, providing penalties for violation, and repealing Ordinances No. A -810, A -699, A -642, A -641, A_ -3871 A -3675 A -124, and all other ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict therewith." and declaring an emergency. Moved by Clark, seconded by Mogren that Ordinance No. B -750 be passed as read: Carried, ?!Iogren, Sanford and Clark voting aye on roll call. RESOLUTION NO. C- 701, A RESOLUTION r- equiring the Yakima Valley Transportation Company to stop at each intersection. BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 3 of Ordinance No. B -731 of the City of Yakima known as the Bus Franchise, the Yakima Val -ley Transportation Company is hereby required and directed to re- arrange its bus stops so -that its busses shall stop at each intersection on each route from and after January 1, 1947.
