Moved by Mogren, seconded by Sanford that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday, November 4, 1946 be approved as read: carried, Mogren, Sanford and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Sanford, seconded by Mogren that the following payrolls be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: Police Dept., $124.66; Water $96.00; Sanitation $1,941.63; Street �2, 624.00; Cemetery �611.50: carried Mogren, Sanford and Clark voting aye on ,roll call. Moved by Clark, seconded by Sanford that this being the time for receiving bids for the construction of a sidewalk on the west side of North 5th Avenue from Willow Street to Quince Street and there being no bids received, it is ordered that the City Clerk re- 'advertise for bids to be received on Monday, November 25th, 1946 at 10 oTclock "A.M. ORDINANCE NO. B -742, AN ORDINANCE fixing the time of delinquency of installments of as ments levied for the payment of the cost of the improvement in Local Improvement Distric No. 601, and providing for the method of payment of the unpaid portion thereof. Moved by Clark, seconded by Sanford that Ordinance No. B -742 be passed as read: carried !,4ogren, Sanford and Clark voting aye on roll call. ORDINANCE NO. B -743, AN ORDINANCE fixing the time of delinquency of installments of assessments levied for the payment of the cost of the improvement .of Local Improvement District No. 602, and providing for the method of payment of the unpaid portion thereof. Moved by Clark, seconded by Sanford that Ordinance No. B -743 be passed as read: carried Mogren, Sanford and Clark voting aye on moll call.
