The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Mogren, and Commissioners Sanford
and Clark present on roll call.
Moved by Mogren, seconded by Sanford thzt the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
October 28th, 1946 and adjourned meeting thereof be approved as read: carried, Mogren..
Sanford and Clark voting aye on roll call.
P.Ioved by Sanford, seconded by Yogren that the following payrolls be allowed and the
City Clerk authori -ed to issue warrants as follows: Sanitation ; 2,041.62; Street
$2,908.00; Cemetery "423.50: carried, Mogren, Sanford and Clark voting; aye on roll_ cal
Moved by Sanford, seconded by Clark that the City Clerk is hereby directed to give not
to bidders for two (2) Tudor Sedans with spare tire,.,heater and seat covers; said bids
to be received on Monday, November 25, 1946 at 10 o+ clock A. IVI.: carried, Mogren,
Sanford and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Clark, seconded 'by Sanford th:�t this being the time for the hearing on the
petition of Elva Handle for annexation to the Cit�r of Blocks 1 and 2 of Jeaneva Additi
and there being no objections in writing or otherwise to said annexation-or any part
thereof; it is ordered that the ordinance providing; for said annexation be passed as
read: carried, ?Jlogren, Sanford and Clark voting aye on roll call.
ORDINANCE NO. .B -741, AN ORDINANCE providing for the annexation by the City of Yakima,
WashinSton of certain property contiguous to, the present boundaries of said City.
Moved by Clark, seconded by Sanford that Ordinance No. B -741 be passed as read: carried
Vlogren, Sanford and Clark voting. aye on roll call.
