Moved by Llogren, seconded by Sanford that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday October 7, 1946 and adjourned meetings thereof be approved as read: carried, Mogren, San-ford and Clark present on roll call. Moved by Sanford, seconded by Mogren that the following payrolls be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: Street x$2,617.50; Cemetery $699.00; Sanitation x$1,778.90; Police x$19.35; . Water $1,316.10: carried, 1logren, Sanford, and C Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Clark, seconded by Mogren that this being the time for the hearing on the assessment 'roll in L.I.D. No. 600 and there being no objections in writing or otherwise to said assessment roll or .any part thereof; it is ordered that the ordinance confirming said assessment and every part thereof be passed as read: carried, Mlogren, Sanford and Clark voting aye on roll call. ORDINANCE NO. B =738, AN ORDINANCE confirming the assessment roll covering local Improve- ment District No. 600 ds created and established by Ordinance No. B -698 of the Ordinance 1 Movedby Clark, seconded by Sanford that this being the time for the hearing on the pe- tition for annexation of Reynolds Addition; Wallingfords Subdivision; The South 170'feet of Bowerls Englewood Tracts; Hills Subdivision; The East 175.4 feet of the West 505.6 feet of the N1114 of NEB of Section 23 -.13 - 18 EWM; The South 170 feet of the West 528 feet of the SWa of SE-1 of Section 14- 13- 19 -EMA; Wallingfords Subdivision No. 2 and No. 3, and there being a protest against the South 170 feet of Bowers Englewood Tracts and the South 170 feet of the West 528 feet of the S111i of the SE-,! of Section 14 -13 -18 EXI; it is therefore ordered that said property be eliminated from said district sought to be annexed: carried, Mogren, Sanford and Clark voting aye on roll call. ,ORDINANCE NO.
