Moved by Mogren, seconded by Sanford that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday, September 23rd, 1946 and adjourned meeting thereof be approved as-read: carried, Mogren, Sanford and Clark present on roll call. Moved by Sanford, seconded by Mogren that the payrolls for the month of September 1946 and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows; Various Depts. $4,986.60; Engineers $407,38; Fire $10,226.67; Police $gO536.00; Health $1,000.00; F -. R. & P. $1,887.30; P. R. & P. $ 270.00; Cemetery $286.83; Library 1,539.31; Water $7;304.40= carried, Mogren, Sanford and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Clark, seconded by Sanford that this being the time for the' hearing on the assessment roll in L. I. D. No. 601 and there being no objections in writing or other- wise to said assessment roll; it is ordered that the ordinance confirming said assessmen roll and every part thereof be passed as read: carried, Mogen, Sanford and Clark vot- ing aye on roll call. ORDINANCE NO. B -733,, AN, ORDII\lANCE confirming the assessment roll' covering local improve- ment District No. 601 as- created and established by Ordinance No. B -699 of the Ordinance of the City of Yakima. Moved by Sanford, seconded by Clark that Ordinance No. B -733 be passed as read :. carried, Mogren, Sanford and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Clark, seconded by Sanford that this 'Veing the time for the hearing on the assessment roll.in L. I. D. No. 602, and there being no objections in writing or other- wise to said ass - essment roll or any part thereof; it is ordered that the ordinance con- firming said assessment roll and every part -thereof be passed as read: carried, Mogren, Sanford and Clark voting aye on roll call. ORDINANCE ISO. B -7340 AN ORDINANCE confirming the assessment roll covering Local Improve- ment District No. 602 as created and established by Ordinance No. B -700 of the Ordinanc- es of the City of Yakima. Moved by Clark, seconded by Sanford that Ordinance No. B -734 be passed as read: carried Mogren, Sanford and Clark voting aye on roll call. RESOLUTION NO. C -698, WHEREAS, Yakima Valley Transportation Company has paid to the City of Yakima pursuant to Ordinances No. B -731 and No. B -732, the sum of Thirty -five Thou- sand Dollars ($35,000.00) to be deposited in a special fund, now therefore, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Yakima that there be and there(is hereby established a special fund known as the "Track Removal and Repair Fund" into which shall be deposited the Thirty -five Thousand Dollars (35,000.00) received from the Yakima Valley Transportation Company pursuant to the ordinances above referred to, which sum shall be expended only as provided in said ordinances.
