The City Commission met in regular session,.Meyor Mogren and Commissioners Sanford and
Clark present on roll call.
Moved by Mogren, seconded by Sanford that the regular meeting of Tuesday, September 3rd,
1946 be approved as read; carried, Mogren, Sanford and. Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Clark, seconded by Sanford that the City Engineer having reported the completio
of the improvement in L.I.D. No. 601 by the contractor; it is ordered that said work be
accepted and the City Engineer authorized to prepare an assessment roll for said distric
and the City Clerk directed to give notice of hearing on said roll on Monday the 30th da
of September, 1946 at 10 o'clock A.M.; carried, Mogren, Sanford and Clark voting aye on
roll call.
Moved by Clark, seconded by Mogren, that the City Engineer having reported the completion
of the improvement in L.I.D. No. 602 by the contractor; it is ordered that said work be
accepted and the City Engineer authorized. to prepare an assessment roll for said distric
and the City Clerk is hereby instructed to give notice of hearing on said assessment roll
for Monday, September 30th, 1946 at 10 o'clock A. M.; carried, Mogren, Sanford and
Clark voting aye on roll call.
ORDINANCE NO.-B -728, AN ORDINANCE fixing the time of delinquency of installments of
assessments levied for the payment of the cost of the improvement in Local Improvement
District No. 594., and providing for the method of payment of the-unpaid portion thereof.
Moved by Clark, seconded by Sanford that Ordinance No. B -728 be.passed as read; carried,
Mogren, Sanford and Clark voting:.aye on_roll call.
ORDINANCE NO. B -729, fixing the time of delinquency of installments of assessments levied
for the payment of'the cost of the improvement in Local Improvement District No. 595, and
providing for the method of. payment of the unpaid portion thereof.
Moved by Mogren,, seconded by Sanford that we do now adjourn; carried, Mogren, Sanford
and Clark voting aye on roll call.
