Moved by Sanford,-seconded by Mogren that this being the time for the hearing on the
as®essemtent roll in L. I. D. No. 599, and there being no objections in writing or othe
wise: to said ;assessment.- roll or any part thereof; it is .ordered that-the ordinance con-
firming the assessment roll and every part thereof be passed as read: carried, Mogren
Sanford noting aye on roll call, Clark absent.

ment District No. 599 -as - created and established by Orindance.No: B -694 of the Ordinanc
