ORDINANCE NO. B -712, AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. B -297 entitled: FOAN ORDINANC relating to the licensing for the purpose of regulation and revenue, the carrying of passiFngers for -hire by certain vehicles.in the City of Yakima, and.to the regulation of taxicabs, for -hire cars, sight - seeing cars; providing for the inspection and control thereof and for the licensing and control of drivers thereof, defining offenses, pre- - s,cribing penalties, and repealing Ordinance No. B -290, and all other,Ordinances in con- flict herewith, and. declaring an emergency." by amending Section 1 and by adding new sections thereto to be designated "Section 3 ", "Section 5 -A ", tOSection 5 -B ", "Section 5 -C11, "Section 11 -A" and "Section 11 -B ", and providing penalties for violation hereof.
