Moved by Mogren, seconded by Sanford that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday, May 13, 1946 be approved as read: carried; Mogren, Sanford and Clark voting aye on :r.ol call. Moved by Clark., seconded by ,Sanford that this being the time for the hearing on Resolu- tion Nod. 07684 providing for the vacation of the alley between Folsom Avenue and Brown Avenue extending west from Custer Avenue etc., and, there being no objections in writing or otherwise to said vacation proceedings or any part thereof; it is ordered that the ordinance vacating said alley and every part of said proceeding be passed as read: carried, ,'Mogrren, .Sanford and Clark voting: aye on roll call. __ORDINANCE NO.
