The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Mogren and Commissioners Sanford and.
Clark present on roll call.
Moved by Mogren, seconded by Sanford that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
May 13, 1946 be approved as read: carried; Mogren, Sanford and Clark voting aye on :r.ol
call.
Moved by Sanford, seconded by Mogren that claims be allowed and the City Clerk author-
ized to is =ue warrants on the following funds in payment therefor: Current Expense

311 persons who may desire to object to said proposed improve-
ment are hereby notified to appear and present such objection, if any, at a meeting of
the City Commission, to 'be held, at its office in the ('it.y Hall in the City of Yakima.,,
Yakima County, Washington, at the hour of 10 :00 o'clock A.M., on Monday the 24th day of

said hearing and of the intention to make the aforesaid improvement.
The cost and expense of said improvement, including the ebst of
acquiring right of way easements, engineering, surveying, advertising, inspection,
publication of notices and all other expenses incident thereto shall be borne by'and.
_ assessed against all of the property legally and properly assessable therefor, as pro -
vided by law and as above described; and the City Engineer is hereby directed to submit
to th.e City Commission a.t.or prior to the date fixed herein for said.hearing, all of the
data and other information required by lase to be by him submitted.

assessments levied for the payment of co,st,of the improvement in Local Improvement
District No. 596 and providing for the method of payment of tree unpaid. portion 'thereof.

Moved by Clark., seconded by ,Sanford that this being the time for the hearing on Resolu-
tion Nod. 07684 providing for the vacation of the alley between Folsom Avenue and Brown
Avenue extending west from Custer Avenue etc., and, there being no objections in writing
or otherwise to said vacation proceedings or any part thereof; it is ordered that the
ordinance vacating said alley and every part of said proceeding be passed as read:
