Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Clark, seconded by Sanford that this being the time for receiving bids on L. I. D. No's 600, 601, 602 and 603, the following were received: J. M. De Blasio: L. I. D. No. 602 $2,499.68; Ford & Walters on L. I. D. No. 600 $1,838:40;• L. I. D. No. 601 $2,259.75,a.nd L. I. D. No. 603 $4,934.00: It is therefore ordered that the above bids be awarded to said De Blasio and Ford and. Walters and the Mayor and the City Clerk authorized. to 'enter into contracts for the doing of said work upon the filing of the proper bonds therefor: carried, Mogren, Sanford and C1ark.voting aye on roll call. RESOLUTION NO. C -685, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF' YAKIMA, WASHINGTON: That it is its intention to construct a domestic water system to serve all the lots and tracts: of land included within the following described district: Block 1; Block. 2; East half of Block 3; East half of Block 6; Block 7; and Block 9 of Broadway Park Addition, No. 2, according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume "I" of Plats, page 10, Records of Yakima;County, Washington. Also Block 1 and the-East Ralf. of Block 2 of De Atley Park Addition, according; to the plat thereof recorded in Volume L of Plats, page 9 , Records of Yakima County, Washington said improvement to consist of the installation of the necessary mains, fire hydrants, valves and-other appurtenances for the purpose of supplying water for domestic use, and. to be constructed in full accordance with the plans and, specifications to be pre- pared by the City Engineer and filed with the City Clerk. All persons who may desire to object to said proposed. improvement are hereby notified to appear and present such objection, if any, at a meeting of the City ..Commission,, to be held at its office in the City Hall =in the City of Yakima, Yakima County, ` ashin`° °ton, at the hour of 10:00 o'clock A.M., on Monday, the 3rd day of June, 1946, which time and place are hereby fixed for the hearing on all matters re- lating to the said proposed improvement, or objections thereto, and for determining the method of payment therefor;, and the City Clerk is heresy directed to give due notice of said hearing and of the intention to make the aforesaid improvement.
