The City Commiesion met in regular sesE: ion, Mayor Mogren and Commissioners Sanford and
Clark present on roll_ call.
Moved by Mogren, seconded. by Sanford that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
April 15th, 1946, be approved as read: carried.,. Mogren, Sanford and Clark, noting'
aye
on roll call.
Moved by Sanford,,secondgd by Clark that the following payrolls be allowed and the City
Clerk a.•uthorized to issue warrants as follows: Street Department $1,903.62; Sanitation
$1,566.40; Garage 150.00; Cemetery $525.60; Engine.eri.ng Department . ,$100.00: carried
Mogren, Sanford and Clark voting aye on roll. call.
Moved by Clark, seconded by Mogren that this being the time for the hearing on
Resolution No. C -679 providing for the construction of an irrigation system in the
Grandview Summitview section and there being no objections in writing or otherwise to
said improvement or any part thereof; it is ordered that the ordinance creating a
local improvement district for said project be passed as read: carried, Mogren,
Sanford and Clark voting aye on roll call.
ORDINANCE NO. B -698, AN ORDINANCE providing for the improvement of property in the City
of Yakima, Washington, by the construction of an irrigation system, establishing a
local improvement district, providing for the method of payment therefor and creating
a special fund.
Moved by Mogren, seconded by Clark that Ordinance No. B -698 be passed as read: carried,
Mogren, Sanford. and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved. by Clark, seconded by Mogren that this being . the time for ,the hearing on
Resolution No. C -680 providing for the construction of an irrigation system on 25th
Avehue South and other property more specifically described in said resolution and ther
being no objections in writing or otherwise to said improvement or any part thereof-,
it is ordered that the ordinance establishing a local improvement district for said
project be passed as read: carried, Mogren, Sanford and Clark voting aye on roll call.
