Moved by Mogren, seconded by Sanford that the minutes of the regular meeting of February
25th, 1946 and adjourned meeting thereof be approved as read: carried, Mogren Sanford
and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by'Sanford, seconded by Clark that the following payrolls be allowed and the City
Clark authorized to issue warrants as follows: Street Dept. :1,900.72; Sanitation
$1,164.90; Garage $100.00; Police $11.60; Cemetery $236.8.0: carried, Mogren-, Sanford
and Clark voting aye on roll call.
ORDINANCE N0. B -692, AN ORDINANCE authorizing the sale of the West 150 feet of the East
198 feet of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 20,
Township 13 North, Range 19, E.W.M. except the south 30 feet for road to the Yakima
Rifle & Pistol Association, for $1250.00
Moved. by Clark, seconded by Sanford that Ordinance No. B -692 be passed as read:
carried, Mogren, Sanford and Clark voting aye on roll call.
ORDINANCE NO. B =693, AN ORDINANCE relating to and regulating the use of explosives,
requiring a permit therefor, providing penalties and declaring-an emergency.
Moved by Clark, seconded by Mogren that Ordinance No. -B -693 be passed as read: carried
