The City. Commission met in regular sessl:on, Mayor Mogren and Commissioners Sanford and
Clark present on roll call.
Moliel by Mogren, seconded by Sanford that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
February 19, 1946 be approved as read: carried, Mogren, Sanford and Clark voting a.ye on
roll call.
Molrerl by Sanford, seconded by Clark that the City Clerk is hereby instructed to give
notice to contractors for the purchase of pipe.and other materials for.the Water Depart
ment; said bids to be received on Monday March 11th, 1946 at 10 o'clock A.M: carried,
Mogren, Sanford and Clark voting aye on roll call.

ORDINANCE NO. B -691, AN ORDINANCE amending subdivision (a) of Section 71, of Ordinance
No. B -131 entitled: "AN ORDINANCE relating to and regulating traffic, travel and trans-
portation and their incidents upon the streets and other ways open to the public; pre-
scribing the powers and duties of officers and others in relation thereto; defining
offenses; providing penalties and repealing certain ordinances concerned with -or re-
