Moliel by Mogren, seconded by Sanford that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday, February 19, 1946 be approved as read: carried, Mogren, Sanford and Clark voting a.ye on roll call. Molrerl by Sanford, seconded by Clark that the City Clerk is hereby instructed to give notice to contractors for the purchase of pipe.and other materials for.the Water Depart ment; said bids to be received on Monday March 11th, 1946 at 10 o'clock A.M: carried, Mogren, Sanford and Clark voting aye on roll call.
