The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Mogren and. Commissioners Sanford and
Clark present on roll call.
Moved by Mogren, seconded by Sanford that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
December 17, 1945 and adjourned meeting thereof be approved: carried,,Mogren, Sanfird,
and Clark voting aye on roll call..
Move'? by Sanford, seconded by Mogren that the following claims be allowed and the City
Clerk authorized-to issue warrants.as follows: Current Expense $1,879.91; Street
y $563.17; Cemetery $794.24 L.I.D $949.04; Irrigation $666.30;

ORDINANCE N0: B-6793, AN ORDINANCE fixing the time of delinquency of installments of!
assessments levied for the payment of the cost- of.the improvement in Local Improvement
Distk ct No. 589, and providing for the issuance of bonds with coupons attached for the
payment of the unpaid portion thereof.
Moved by Clark, seconded by Sanford that Ordinance No. B--679 be passed as read:

ORDINANCE NO. B -690, AN ORDINANCE granting to Redmon - Fairchild, Inc., a. corporation,l
permission to construct, maintain, and operate a. railway spur track across South Fourth
Avenue and Pine Street within the City of Yakima. /

Lubricant Oil, 500 lbs Transmission grease, 250 lbs Chassis Grease, 2.50 lbs Gear Grease
100 gallons Solvent Cleaning Fluid and 2,000 Gallons Stove Oil for use by the City of
Yakima for the year 1946; said bids to be received on Monday, January 14, 1946 at l
