The Citv Commission met in regular session, Mayor Mogren and Commissioners Sanford and
Clark present.on roll call.
MovP�'. by Sanford, seconded by Mogren that the following payrolls be allowed and the
City Clerk authorized to issue warrants in payment therefor; Sanitation Dept. $1,440.
Street Dept. $1,997.64; Cemetery $312.00: carried, Mogren, Sanford and Clark - voting
aye on roll call.
Moved -by Mogren, seconded by Sanford that this being the time for receiving the bids
on the Aerial Ladder Truck for the Fire Dept,, the following were received: Howard -
Cooper Corporation on 240 H.P. $21,$13.00 and on 185 H.P. 419,813.00; American La
France Company on 240 H.P. $21,799.00 and on 185 H.P. $19,799.00; 1t is here by order
that said bids be taken under advisement and award made'at.a.later date: carried,..

ORDINANCE,NO. B -673, AN ORDINANCE.fixing the time of delinauency of.installments of
assessments levied for the payment of the cost of the improvement in Local Improvement
District No. 592,.and providing for the method of payment of the unpaid portion there-
of.
Moved -by.Clark, seconded by Mogren that Ordinance No. B -673 be passed as read:
carried, Mogren, Sanford and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Mov'em by-Mogren, seconded by Sanford that we do now adjourn: carried, Mogren,
