The-Cit.v Commission met in regular session, Mayor Mogren and Commissioners Sanford and
Clark present on roll call.
Moved by Mogren, seconded by Sanford that the-minutes of the regular meeting of Monday
November 5th and adjourned meeting thereof be approved as read: carried, Mogren,
Sanford and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Sanford, seconded by Mogren that the following payrolls be allowed and the
CitY Clerk authorized to issue-Warrants as follows: Sanitation $1,341*.00; Cemetery
$38,.00; Street $1,973.79: carried, Mogren,- Sanford and Clark voting aye on.roll call.
Moved by Clark, seconded by Sanford that this being the time for the hearing on the
assessment roll in L.I.D. No: 588 and there being no objections in writing or otherwise
to said assessment roll or any part thereof; it is ordered that the ordinance confirmin@
said assessment roll and every part thereof be passed-as read: - carried, Mogren, Sanford
and-Clark voting aye on roll calla
ORDINANCE NO, B -670,- AN ORDINANCE confirming the assessment roll, covering Local
Impr.o'vement District No. 588, as created and established by Ordinance No. B -628 of the
Ordinances of the City of Yakima.

RESOLUTION NO. C -664, RESOLUTION providing for the installation of a.blifker light at
the intersection of 16th Avenue and Summitview Avenue.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
That there be installed-as-soon as possible a red blinker light
directing traffic in all four directions to come to a complete stop at the intersection
of Sixteenth Avenue and Summi.tview Avenue in the City of Yakima, Washington.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 13th day of November, 1945.
