tion'.of. the improvement in L.I.D. No. 588, by the contractor, said work is hereby .
accepted and the City Engineer authorized to- prepare an assessment roll for.said dis-
trict and the City Clerk is hereby - authorized to give notice of hearing on said roll
for.Tuesday, November 13th,.1945,at 10 o'clock A. Mo carried, Mogren and Clark voting
aye on roll call, Sanford absent.

ThefCity Commission met pursuant to adjournment, Mayor Mogren and Commissioner Clark
present on roll call.

Clerk authorized to issue warrants.as follows: Current Expense $230.20; Street $3.71;
L.I. D's, $2,404,08: carried, Mogren and- Clark voting aye.Jon`' roll- call, ' Sanford. absent.
RESOLUTION N0:.0 =661, A RESOLUTION establishing danger zones;, safety.-zones,z..passenger
and-load1ng zones, school crossings, traffic lanes,. one way streets and validating and
confirming all existing signs, giving notice of location thereof and of similar zones.
WHEREAS,.the City Commission has from.time to time by appropriate
action established certain zones pursuant to Ordinance No. B -131, being the Traffic
Code of the City of Yakima, and the Commissioner of Public Works ha-s installed certain
signs giving notice of such zones but the same have not all be authorized by Resolution
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CIT)
OF YAKIMA:
That all existing danger zones, safety zones, passenger and load
ing zone.s,.bus zones, school crossings, traffic lanes, one way streets and similar
zones- as�now existing and located are hereby fully ratified, approved, confirmed and
extablishedff, and all signs and .notices thereof and all traffic signs, signals, ,traffic
control signals and caution signs,as. now existing, located, established,and operated
are hereby approved, confirmed and established.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION this 24th day of
October, 19450
