do roll call; Sanford absent.
Moved by Mogren, seconded by Clark that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
October 8, 1945 be approved.as read: carried,.Mogren and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Mogren, seconded by Clark that the following payrolls be allowed and the City
Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows.- Street Department $1,712.53; Sanitation
$1,368.50; Cemetery $504.00: carried, Mogren and Clark-voting aye on roll call, Sanf orl
absent..
Moved by Mogren, seconded by Clark that the following claims be allowed and the.City
Clerk authorized to issue warrants on the following funds: Current Expense $4,069.10;
Street $2,765.21; Library $361.02; Cemetery $163.28; Irrigation $318.15; water
$2,682.27; F. R. & P. $11.00; P. R. & P..$80.44; ,Gas & Oil 41,322.54➢ carried, Mogren
and Clark voting aye on roll .call, Sanford.absent.
Moved by Clark, seconded by Mogren that this being the time for the hearing on the
assessment roll in L. I. D. No..592 providing for curbs and gutters on 29th Avenue
South and there being no objections in .writing or otherwise to said assessment roll or
any part thereof, it is ordered that the ordinance confirming said assessment roll
and every part .thereof be passed as read: carried, Mogren and Clark voting aye on roll
call, Sanford absent.
ORDINANCE NO. B -667, AN ORDINANCE confirming the assessment roll covering Local Improve
ment District No. 592 as created and established by Ordinance No. B -643 of the Ordin�
ances of the City of Yakima.
