The City Commission met in regular session; Mayor Mogren -_and Commissioners Sanford. z,nd
Clark present on roll call.
Moved by Mogren, seconded.by Sanford that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
September 24th,1945"and the adjourned meeting thereof be approved as read: carried,;
Mogren, Sanford and Cla.rd voting aye on roll call.
ORDINANCE N0. B -66 ,
3 AN ORDINANCE repealing Ordimmnce No. B -651 relating to air raids
and blackouts and repealing Ordinance No. B-542-relating to.emergency powers.
Moved by-Mogren, seconded by Clark that Ordinance No. B -663 be'passed_as read: carded
Mogren, Sanford and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moverl by Mogren, seconded by Sanford that this being the time for the hearing on the
budget for the ensuing year and. no tax payer having a.pneared at said hearing it is
ordered that said hearing be adjourned.to Thursday, October 4th, 1945 at 2 o'clock P.M.

ensuing-year to be, levied upon the real 'and personal property. of said City. -
Moved by Sanford, seconded by Mogren that Ordinance No. B -664 fixing the.amount of the
tax levies for the ensuing year be passed as read: carried, Mogren, Sanford and Clark
voting aye on roll call.:
