The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Mogren and Commissioners Sanford and
Clark present on roll call.
MovedAby Mogren, seconded by Sanford that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
September 17th 1945 be approved as read: carried, Mogren`; Sanford and Clark present
on roll call. ,
Moved by Clark, seconded-- by.Sanford that the City Engineer haveing reported the comple-
tion of.the improvement in L.I.D. No. 592, 1-,y the contractor, said work is hereby
accepted and the City Engineer authorized to prepare and assessment roll for said.
di- strict and the City Clerk instructed to give notice of hearing on the assessment roll
for Monday, October 15th, 1945 at 9 o'clock A. M: carried, Mogren, Sanford and Clark
voting aye on roll call.
Mnbad. by Sanford, seconded by Mogren that we do now adjourn to meet Saturday, September
29th, 1945 at 9 o'clock: carried, Mogren, Sanford and Clark voting aye on roll call.
ADJOURNED MEETING, SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 29, 1945, 9 A.M.

Moved by Sanford, seconded. by Mogren that the payrolls for the month of September 1945
be allowed and the City Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: Various Dept.
$3,721.10; Fire Dept $8,452.33;- Police Dept. $5,681.33; Health Dept. 3$992 .0;
Engineering Dept. $997.93; Library $'1,073.57; Irrigation X609.07; Water 5,329.56;
F. R. & P. 1,��5.55; P. R. P. $72.50;'-Street $275.00; Cemetery $315.00: carried,
Mogren, Sanford. and Clark.-voting aye on roll call.
