Mov.pd by Mogren, seconded by Sanford that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday, August 20th, 1945 and the adjourned meeting thereof be approved as read: carried, Mogren, Sanford and Clark voting aye on roll call. M'ovpA by Mogren, seconded by Sanford that a new City precinct be established to be known as Precinct No. 41, the boundaries of which are as follows: beginning at the Southwest corner of the East half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 27713 =18 E:W.M this being the intersection of Nob Hill Blvd. and Valley View Road; thence North along Valley View Road extended. to West Walnut Street: thence East- erly along West Walnut Street to 26th Avenue South; thence Southerly al'ong.26th:-.Avenue South to Nob H117 Blve; thence Westerly along Nob Hill Blvd to 31st Avenue South; thence s,buth,-along­_31st Avenue South to the Southeast corner of the West Half of,the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 26- 13 -18; thence WeUterl.y along the South line of-said subdivision to Grandview Avenue; thence Northerly along Grand- view Av.-nue to Nob Hill Blvd;- �t.hence Westcrly along Nob Hill Blvd. to point of beginnin carried, Mogren, Sanford and Clark voting aye on roll call. ORDINANCE NO. B -660; AN ORDINANCE fixing the time of delinquency of installments of assessments levied for the payment of the cost of the improvement in Local Improvement District No. 589, and providing for the method of payment of the unpaid portion thereof Moved by Clark, seconded by Sanford that Ordinance No. B -660 be passed as read: carried, Mogren, Sanford and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Sanford, seconded by Mogren that we do now adjourn to meet Friday, August 31st 1945, at 9 o'clock A.M. ADJOURNED MEETING, FRIDAY,.,AUGUST 31st, 1945, 9.A.M.
