The City Commission.met.in regular session, Commissioners Sanford and Clark present on
roll call,.Mogren absent.

toforereceived on the 13th day of August 1945, in the sum of $1,666.80 for the con-

Moved by Clark, seconded by Sanford that the following na.yro.11s be allowed and the City
Clerk authorized, to issue warrants as follows: Sanitation $1,195.90; Airport $100.00;
Street'$1,553.15; Cemetery $552.00; Water x$95.00; carried, Sanford and Clark voting,
aye on roll call, Mogren absent.
Moved by Sanford, seconded by Clark that the following claimer be allowed and the City
Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: Current Expense $4,267.73; Cemetery
$141.55; Irrigation $521.07; Gas and.Oil�$214.23; Street 01,936.21: Water $2,794.56
carried, Sanford and Clark voting aye on roll. call; Mogren absent..
Moved by Sanford,seconded by Clark that we do now adjourn to meet Friday, August 24th,
1945 at 9 o'clock A.M; carried, Sanford and Clark voting aye on roll call, Mogren
absent.

ORDINANCE NO. 8 65g, AN ORDINANCE.fixing the time of delinquency of installments of
assessments levied for the payment of the cost of the improvement in Local Improvement
District No. 585, and providing for the method of payment of the unpaid portion thereof.
MovPd.by Clark, seconded by Sanford that Ordinance No. B -658 be passed as read: carried
o Mogren, Sanford and Clark voting aye on roll call.
ORDINANCE N0. B -659, AN ORDINANCE amending Section 7 of Ordinance No. B- 293 entitled:
10AN ORDINANCE regulating and restricting the location of trades and industries; regulat-
ing and limiting the use of buildings and premises; and the height and size of buildings
providing for yards, courts and other open spaces; establishing districts for. said
purposes, and providing for a:' board of adjustment, and repealing Ordinances Nos,. B -22,
B -35, B -43, 8 -51, B -71, B -126, 8 -147, and B- 172." and declaring an emergency.
