_The City Commission met in,r..egular session, Mayor Mogren and Commissioners Clark and
Sanford present on roll call.
Moved by Mogren, seconded by Sanford that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
July 16th 1945, be approved as read: carried, Mogren, Sanford and Clark voting aye on
roll call.
Moved_ by Sanford, seconded by Mogren that the following claims be allowed and the -City
Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: Current Expense $217.13; Street $$191.24;
Irrigation $244.80; P. R. & P. Q$19.73: carried, Mogren, Sanford and *Clark voting aye-on
roll call.
Moved.by Clark, seconded by Sanford that this bein the time for receiving bids for the
construction of a. pavement ;on Lots l to 24, Block 99, the followin were received: J.M.
be.Blasio $2,606.02; J. K.. Sandusky,.$2;999.68; L. Coluccio & Co. 93,093 The bid
of J. M. deBlasio. being the lowest and best bid.said contract was awarded to him and the
Mayor and City Clerk authorized to enter into a. contract on behalf of said City., upon
filing the proper bond as required by law: carried, Mogren,Sanford and Clark voting aye
on roll call.
Mov -a. by Mogren, seconded by Sanford that Harold Wilson'is hereby appointed -to the
office of Airport Manager, to..serve during the pleasure�of the City Commission: carried,
Mogren, Sanford :and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Move^?. by Mogren, seconded by' -Clark that we do now adjourn to meet Wednesday;' July 25th
1945 at 1 o'clock P.M: carried, Mogren, Sanford and Clark voting.aye on.roll call.

ORDINANCE NO. B -656, AN- ORDINANCE providing for the annexation by the City of Yakima,
Washington, of certain property contiguous to the present boundaries of the said City.
'Mov'Pa by Clark, seconded by Mogren that Ordinance No. B-_656 be passed as read: carried,
Mogren; aa.nford and Clark voting aye on roll call.
