Moved by Sanford, seconded by Mogren that this being the time for the hearing on the
assessment roll in L.I.D. No. 590 providing for the construction of a sewer system in
Block 361, Lund's Addition and there being insufficient protest in writing or otherwise
to said assessment roll or any part thereof; it,is ordered that the ordinance confirmin
said assessment roll.and every part .t hereof be passed as finally read.: carried, Mogren
and Sanford voting aye on roll call,,,Clark absent.,
ORDINANCE NO. B -653, AN ORDINANCE confirming.the assessment roll.covering Local Improv
ment District'No. 590 as created and established by Ordinance No.-B -635 of the Ordinanc
es of the City of Yakima. .

alley in Block 70, and there being no objections in writing or otherwise to said assess
