The:; ^ -i_ry Commission met in regular session, Mayor Mogren and Commissioner Sanford
present.on'roll ca-11, Commissioner Clark absent.
'Moved by Mogren, seconded by Sanford that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
Jurib 25th 1945, and adjourned meeting thereof be approved as read: carr_ied,.Mogren
and Sanford voting aye on roll call, Clark absent.
Moved by,Mogren, seconded by Sanford that this being the time for the hearing on the
assessment roll in L.I.D. No. 589 providing for the paving of the alley'in Block 9; and
there being no objections in writing or otherwise to said assessment roll, -'or•any part
thereof; it is ordered that the ordinance confirming said - assessment roll be passed as
read: carried, Mogren, and.Sanford voting aye on roll call, Clark absent.
MwA4 by Mogren, seconded by Sanford that the following payrolls be allowed and the Cit
Clerk, authorized to issue warrants as follows; Sanitation Dept. $1,176.15; Street
Dept. $1,071.03;_Cemetery $549.90: carried, Mogren and Sanford,voting aye on roll call
Clark absent.
ORDINANCE NO. B -651, AN ORDINANCE confirming the assessment roll covering Local
Improvement District No. 599, as created and established by Ordinance No'. B -636, of the
ordinances of the City of Yakima.. '
