W : 'White, deceased; said- appointment to' "take effect Monday, July 2nd, 19 5: tarried-, Mogren and Clark voting aye on roll call.. MovP0 by Clark, seconded by Mogren that this being the time for the hearing on the assessment roll in L.I.D. No. 585, providing for the dual water system, in Mayfair. Addition, and there being no objections in writing or- otherwise to said assessment roll or any part thereof; it is ordered that the ordinance confirming said assessment roll and every part thereof be passed as read: carried, Mogren and Clark voting.Aye on roll call. ORDINANCE NO. .B -649.; AN ORDINANCE confirming the assessment roll, covering Local Improve ment District No. 585, as created and established by Ordinance No. B -611 of the Ordin- ances of the City of Yakima. Moved by Clark, seconded by Mogren that Ordinance No. B -649 be passed as read: carried, Mogren;,and Clark voting aye on roll call. ORDINANCE NO.. B -650., AN ORDINANCE prohibiting the sale of goods, wares, merchandise or .services upon the streets or sidewalks of the City of Yakima and declaring an emergency. Moved-by Mogren, seconded by Clark that Ordinance No. B -650 be• passed as'read: carried, Mogren and Clark voting aye on roll call. Moved by Mogren, seconded by Clark that we do now adjourn to meet Saturday, June 30, 19 at 9 o'clock A.M: carried, Mogren and Clark voting a.ye on roll call. ADJOURNED MEETING,. Mo,►,t,1d. -by Mogren, seconded by Clark that the;.:pe.tition heretofore filed with the County Commissioners and certificate of the County Auditor showing the result of an election held on June 12, 1945 to annex the.following described property to the City, be and the same is hereby denied: "Beginning at.the intersection of the centerline of Summitview Road and the West line of Hunzinger's Addition extended southerly, thence northerly alon said extended line and the said West-line to the Northwest corner of said Addition;. thence easterly along the North line of said Addition and the North line extended to the West line of the East 132 ft., of the West 619 ft of the Southwest Quarter of the North- west auarter of Section 23, Township 13 North, Range 18 E.W.M., thence northerly along said West line to the Center line of Lincoln Avenue; thence easterly along the center line of Lincoln Avenue to the East line of the Southwest auarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 23, Township 13 North, Range 18 E.W.M., thence Southerly along said East line to the denter`line of Summitview Road; thence Westerly along said center line to:the point of beginning." carried, Mogren. and Clark voting aye on roll call.
