The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Mogren, Commas ioners,W.�.te' and Cla.r
present on roll call.
Moved by Mogren, seconded by White that the minutes of the regular meet� g oll" Monday,
May 14, 194 -5 be approved. as read: carried Mogren, White and Clark voting a.ye on roll
call. -
- Moved by White, seconded,by Mogren that the following claims be a.11owed.a.nd the City
Clerk - authorized to issue warrants as follows: C.F. $235.27; Street $36.89; Library
$764.61; L.I.D's $1,970.17; Irrigation $216.28; Water $109.27: carried, Mogren,
White and Clark voting aye-on roll call.
ORDINANCE NO. B -639, AN ORDINANCE repealing subdivision (c) of Section 13 of Ordinance
No..A -152 entitled: "AN ORDINANCE licensing for purposes of regulation and revenue,
certain businesses, callings, trades, employment, games, amusements, entertainments or
exhibitions within the City of Yakima, providing for the collection of license fees,
for the revocation of licenses issued under authority of this ordinance, providing
penalties for the violation of any of the provisions of this ordinance, and repealing
Ordinance No. 599, and amendments thereof and all other ordinances and parts of
ordinances thereof in conflict herewith."
Moved by Clark, seconded by Mogren that Ordinance No. B -639 be passed as read: Carrie
Mogren, White and Clark,.voting aye on roll call.
