The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Mogren, Commrissioners White and Cla.r
present on roll call.
Moved by Mogren, seconded by White that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday;,.
April 30th, 1945 be ap:rroved as read; carried., Mogren, White and Clark voting aye on
roll call.
MovPM by Clark, seconded by White that the City Engineer having reported the completion
of th "e improvement in L.I.D. No. 587, for the construction of a sidewalk on the west
side of North 6th Street between East F Street and East G Street; said work is hereby
accepted and the City Engineer instructed to prepare an assessment roll for said
improvement and the City Clerk authorized to give notice of hearing on said roll for
Monday May 28, 1945 at 10 o'clock A.M: carried, Mogren, White and Clark voting aye
on roll call.
Moved by Mogren, seconded by White.that there being no further business to come before
the board, we do now adjourn: carried, Mogren, White and Clark voting aye on roll call
