The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Mogren, Commissioners White and Cla.r
present on roll call.
MovAI by Mogren, seconded by Clark that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
April 16th, 1945, be approved as read: carried, Mogren, White and Clark voting aye on
roll call.
Moved by Clark, seconded by White that this being the time for receiving bids for the
construction of a sewer in Block 316, Lund's Addition, L.I.D. No.596 and the bid of
Na-termas & Miller'Utility Co. in the sum of $508.00 being the only bid submitted, said
contract was awarded to them and the Mayor and the-City Clerk authorized to' enter into
a contract- on behalf of the City for doing said work: carried, Mogren, White and Clark
voting aye on roll call
Moved by Mogren, seconded by White that we do now adjourn: carried, Mogren, White and
Clark voting aye on roll call.
