The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Mogren, Commissioners White and Clark
present on roll call.
Moved by Mogren, seconded by White that the minutes of this regular meeting of Monday,
April 2, 1945, be approved as read: carried, Mogren, White and Clark voting aye on
roll call.
Moved by Clark, seconded.by White that this being the time for the hearing on Resolution
No. C -635, providing for the construction of.a.sewer, in Block 316 Lund's Addition
between Division and West Maple Streets, and. 6th and 7th.Avenues and there being no
objections in writing or otherwise to said improvement or any part thereof'; it is order-
ed that the ordinance creating a local improvement be passed as finally read: carried;
Mogren, White and Clark.voting aye on roll call.
ORDINANCE NO. B =635, AN ORDINANCE providing for the improvement of property in the City
of Yakima, Washington, by the construction of a. sewer;: establishing a Local Improvement
District; providing for the method of payment therefor and. creating a. special fund.
Moved by.Cla.rk,seconded by White that Ordinance No. B -635 be passed as finally read:
carried, Mogren,'White and Clark voting aye on roll call.
ORDINANCE NO. B -636, AN ORDINANCE creating'a special fund to be known as the "Gas and.
Oil Fund "; providing for the transfer of funds thereto and for special expenditures
therefrom, and declaring an emergency.
Moved by-White, seconded by Mogren that Ordinance No. B -636 be passed as finally read:
carried, Mogren, White and•Clark.voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Mogren, seconded by White that we do now adjourn: carried, Mogren, White
and Clark voting aye on roll call.
