Moved by Mogren, seconded by White that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday, March 19, 1945, be approved as read: carried, Mogren, White and Clark voting aye on roll call. RESOLUTION N0..0 -652, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA: That it is its intention to improve the alley running north and south in Block 70, City of Yakima, by- ;paving the same with one course Portland cement concrete six inches in thickness, ,paving to the specifications to be prepar- ed by the City Engineer. and fil.ed with the City Clerk. The district to be served and assessed for the.above described improvement is described as follows, to -wit: Lots 13 to 32, inclusive, of Block 70, City of North Yakima (now Yakima) Washington, according to the official plat there- of on file and of record in the of °ice of the Auditor or Yakima. County, Washington. All persons who may desire to object to said proposed improve- ment are hereby notified to appear and present such objections, if any, at a meeting of the City Commission to be held at Its office in the City Hall in the City of Yakima Yakima County, Washington, at the hour of ten o'clock on Monday, the 16th day of April 1945, which time and place are hereby fixed for the hearing of all matters relating to said proposed improvement, ar objections thereto, and for determining the method of payment therefor; and the City Clerk is hereby directed to give due notice of said hearing and of the intention to make the aforesaid improvement. The cost and expense in connection with the construction of said improvement, including ti-e engineering, inspection, advertising, publication of notices, and all other expenses incident thereto shall be levied and assessed against all of the property legally and properly assessable therefor, as provided by law,and as above described; and the City Engineer is hereby directed to submit to the City Commission at or prior to the date fixed herein for said hearing, all of the data and other information required. by law to be by him submitted. day of March, 1945 ATTEST: PEARL BENJAMIN City Clerk ADOPTED BY T.HE CITY COMMISSION, signed and approved this 26th (SEAL) A. C -653, RESOLUTION FIXING LANDING FEES FOH COMMERCIAL AIRCRAFT AT THE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF TmE CITY OF YAKIMA, WASHINGTON: That the following schedule of rates, charges or landing fees be and the same are hereby fixed for all, landings made by commercial air lines main- taining a regular schedule over a fixed route, to -wit: For the first monthly scheduled trip arrival $45.00. per month, For the second monthly scheduled trip arrival $ 5.00 per month, For the third monthly sch.eduled'trip arrival $25.00 per month, For the fourth monthly scheduled trip arrival $25.00 per month, For each successive monthly scheduled trip arrival $15.00 per month. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that payment of said fees shall be made to the City of Yakima monthly on or before the thenth day of each month for the suc- ceeding month, together with a statement giving such information as the Commissioner of Finance may require to enable him to determine the accuracy of said report. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the schedule of landing fees herein providcu for shall be effective from June 1, 1944, and shall include all landings heretofore made subsequent to said date, and. that payment for said landings made prior to March 1, 1945, shall be made to the City of Yakima on or before thirty days from th date hereof in accordance with the schedule of fees herein provided for.
