Moved by Mogren, seconded by White that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday, February 26th, and adjourned meeting thereof be: approved as read: carried, Mogren White and Clark voting aye on roll call. RESOLUTION NO. C- 649,'.WHEREAS Joseph Byers and 011ie Byers, husband and wife, and Jesse Heaverlo and Louise Heaverlo, husband and wife, heretofore by deed dated February 21, 1939, recorded in Volume 344 of deeds,.Auditor's File No. 873916, conveyed to the City of Yakima. the following described property for alley purposes, to -wit The East 10 feet of North 189 feet of the South 219 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Northeast Quarter of Section 30, Township 13, North, Range 19, according to the official plat thereof on file in the office of the County Auditor of Yakima County, Washington; and WHEREAS the description in said deed is incorrect and does not in fact describe the property over which said alley is actually located; and WHEREAS a new deed has been obtained from the above named persons correctly describing the location of said alley, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE UI1'Y COMMIUSIUN OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA AT'T'EST: Pearl Benjamin (S E A L) A.
