-The City Commission met in regular. sessior, Mayor Mogren,_Commissioners White and Clark
present on roll call.
Moved by Mogren, seconded by White that th,.e minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
February 17, 1945 and adjourned meeting thereof be approved as r -ead: Mogren, White
and, Clark voting, aye on roll call.
Moved by White, seconded by Mogren that the following payrolls be allowed and the
City Clerk authorized. to issue warrants as follotr7s; Sanitation 01179.00; Cemetery
4P252.00; Water 13.60;,Street 11,626.00: carried, Mogren, White and Clark voting-aye
on roll ca.11..
Moved by White, seconded. by Mogren that the following claimes be allowed and the City
Clerk authorized to issue warrants as-follows ;- Current Ex-oense $4,6��:51.; city Street
$1,876.52; Library x$879.36; Cemetery $346.34; L. I. D's $3,910. 85; Irrigation $1,010.2 ;
Water $2,213.14:- carried, Mogren, White and Clark voting.aye on roll call.
Moved by Mogren, seconded by White that this being the, time for receivin bids for the
ensuing year, and the bid of the Republic Publishing Co., in the sum of 1.55 per
column inch being the only bid presented; it is ordered that said bid be accepted and
the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute on a contract on behalf of
the City for doingisaid work: carried, Mogren, White and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by White, seconded by Mogren that we do now adjourn: carrie , M ren, White and
