Clark present on roll call.
Moved by Mogren, seconded by White that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
November 27th, 1944, and adjourned meeting thereof be approved as read: carried,
Mogren, White and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by White,.seconded by-Mogren that the following payrolls be allowed and the
Ci% Clerk authorized -to issue warrants as follows; sanitation_ $1,347.00; City.street
$1, 09.25; Cemetery $308.25; carried, Mogren, White and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved b Clark, seconded by Mogren that the bond of J. M. De Blasio, Contractor in the:'.
sum of 111,345.00 for the construction of a sewer system in L.I.D. 584, is hereby
approved and placed on file with the City Clerk.
Moved by Clark, seconded by White that the City Engineer having reported the completion
of the construction of a sidewalk in L.I.D. No. 592, said. improvement is-hereby
accepted and the City - Engineer is hereby directed to prepare an assessment roll for
said district and the City Clerk is hereby instructed to give notice of hearing -on
said assessment roll by publication as required by law, for Tuesday, December 26th,
1944 at'10 o'clock, A.M: carried, Mogren, White and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Clark, seconded by White that the City Engineer having reported the completion
of the construction of a sidewalk in L.I.D. 586; said improvement is hereby accepted,.
and the'City Engineer directed to prepare an assessment roll for said district, and
the City Clerk is hereby instruct�d•to give notice of hearing on said assessment by
publication as provided by for Tuesday, December 26th, 1944, at 10 o'clock A. M:
carried, Mogren, White and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by Mogren, seconded by White that we do now adjourn: carried, Mogren,.White
and Clark voting aye on roll call.
