The City Commission met in regular session, Mayor Mogren an& Commissioners White and
Clark present on roil call.
Moved by Mogren, seconded by White that the minutes of the regular meeting of Monday,
November 13, 1944 be approved as read: carried, Mogren, White and Clark voting aye
on roll call.
Moved by Clark, seconded by Mogren that this being the time for receiving bids for
the construction.of a sewer system in L.I.D. No. 584, the following were received: J.M.
De Blasi'o $11,345.00; Valleyy Construction Co. $13,451.95; J.P, Suraee $13,474.25;.and
Coast Construction Co. $14,412.25; the bid of J. M. DeBlasio being the lowest and best
bid, said contract was awarded-to him and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to enter
into a contract, on behalf of ' the City of Yakima upon the filing of the proper bond
provided by law: carried, Mogren, White and Clark voting-aye on roll call:
