The City Commission met in re7gular session, Mayor Mogren and Commissioners White and'
Clark present on roll call.
Moved.;by Mogren, seconded by Clark that the minutes of the regular meeting of Mbnday,
November .6th, 1944, be approved as read: carried, Mogren, White and Clark voting aye
on roll call.
Moved by White, seconded by Mogren that the following payrolls be allowed and the City
Clerk authorized to issue - warrants -as follows: Street Dept. $1,549.00; Sanitation
$1,213.50; Cemetery $405.00: carried, Mogren, White and Clark voting aye on roll call.
Moved by White, seconded by Mogren that the following claims be allowed and the City
Clerk authorized to issue warrants as follows: Current Expense $3,036.36; Cit Street
$2,182.92; Library $927.85; Cemetery $467.37; Irrigation $3,105.85; F.R. & P. 49.00:
carried, Mogren,.White and Clark voting aye on roll call.
ORDINANCE NO. B -621, AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. A -192 entitled f1AN:,ORDINANCE
relating to Local Improvements in the City of Yakima and repealing all ordinances and
parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith and declaring an emergency" by adding a new
section thereto to be known'As Section 35 and amending Ordinance No. A 1493 entitled,
"SAN ORDINANCE relating to the rate of interest to be paid upon Local Improvement
District Warrants, repealing all.Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict here-
with and. declaring an emergency" and declaring an emergency.
Moved by Clark, seconded by Mogren that Ordinance No. B -621 be passed as read:

ORDINANCE NO. B-622. AN ORDINANCE regulating and licensing loading platforms, seals
and similar encroachments on the surface of the streets of,the�City of Yakima, provid-
ing for license fees and.street rental.a.nd providing for a penalty for violation hereof
